Helpful Resources

We are all spirits having a human experience, and I can tell you we all will hurt at some point. It's part of being human. But for some of us the hurt can seem never-ending, overwhelming, or unbearable. Having worked as a therapist, I am here to tell you that no one can nor should try to cope completely alone. There are a lot of resources available and I strongly urge you to reach out for some support. You may also wish to do an internet search using your town's name in your search to see just how close some meetings and resources truly are.
You are loved, and you are never alone.
